This policy explains how FARIZAN ELECTRICAL SDN. BHD. handles delivery and collection for retail and wholesale orders across Malaysia. Delivery is arranged and quoted individually for every order — there is no fixed shipping rate calculated automatically on this website.

01 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Delivery to more remote areas of Sabah and Sarawak may involve a longer transit time and a higher delivery charge, which we will disclose before confirming your order.

02 Collection From Our Office

Customers within the Klang Valley may choose to collect their order directly from our Kuala Lumpur office, at no delivery charge, by arrangement. Select “Collect from Kuala Lumpur office” at checkout and we will confirm a collection time once your order is ready.

03 How Delivery Is Quoted

Because our range spans single LED bulbs to full distribution boards and 100 m cable rolls, delivery cost depends on weight, volume and destination. Once you submit your cart at checkout, we calculate and confirm the delivery charge together with your order total before anything is dispatched.

04 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed once confirmed, typically within 1–3 business days. Larger wholesale and case orders, and bulky fitness equipment, may take longer to pick and pack, and we will advise an expected dispatch date when we confirm your order.

05 Couriers & Freight Partners

We use established Malaysian courier and freight partners appropriate to the size of your order — parcel couriers for retail-sized orders and freight or lorry transport for larger wholesale, case and cable-roll or distribution-board shipments.

06 Order Tracking

Where our courier partner provides tracking, we will share the tracking number and carrier details with you by email or phone once your order has been dispatched.

07 Handling of Bulky & Fragile Items

LED bulbs, tubes and light fittings are packed in their original protective cartons. Downlights, spotlights and floodlights are individually boxed and cushioned to prevent breakage in transit. Cable and conduit are shipped as coiled rolls or bundled lengths. Distribution boards and cable trays are shipped in heavy-duty cartons or bundled with edge protection. 08 Wholesale & Bulk Freight

For large wholesale orders, we can arrange palletized freight or lorry delivery direct to a warehouse, construction site, renovation project or retail location. Freight terms, loading access and delivery windows are agreed with the trade buyer before dispatch.

09 Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
